Son's accountability for father's cheque

A police called me saying he will include me in criminal case along with father. He will trace my location with phone number and arrest me. Is it possible police have access to trace location with phone number? Can the get arrest warrant on my name?
hi first need to see whether any case was registered against you and if the police are threatening you then you could approach the court for seeking appropriate relief to not to harass you or could obtain bail
