Someone filed a case on me of a closed account since 2018
11-Dec-2024 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I had business relations with a reseller to whom I submitted blank cheques so that he can submit them for payments. Business relations with him have stopped since 2017.
He has now filed a blank cheque saying I took business loan from him in 2024
you have to show evidence in court that you have shut your business . you provided cheque for other purpose in which your cheque has been misused
u did not provided cheque to debt or other reason, in this case other party will show that he provided u money for businees
