Q: My toxic boyfriend is not letting me breakup and give threats

I am in a relationship with a toxic boyfriend from past 1.5 years, I have always tried to make things work for us but he always got hyper in all the scenarios and because of his behaviour I cheated on him once but then he became even more toxic, at first he started to go with me everywhere I go, asks me to always keep my live location if I disagree he starts hurting himself in public with helmet and screaming, even not let me go home. I want to leave him and he has my nudes & pics. what to do ?

Q: Request for Legal Consultation – Property Exchange Case

I live in Africa; my neighbour made a fake patta and blackmailed my wife and got her to sign an agreement that mentioned that she had power of attorney but pot. and he exchanged my property with his by lokadalat. I appealed in lower court; after a year, he appealed to the court that that lokadalat decree can not be challenged, and the court rejected his petition; he challenged it in high court in Jaipur, and the high court ruled against me. can i still file a petition in supreme court

Q: Transfer certificate from school

School is not giving transfer certificate because I have signed rollover form. But my child admit in another school now. Plz help

Even if you signed a rollover form, the school cannot deny the Transfer Certificate (TC) unless there are pending dues. Since your child is already admitted elsewhere, you have the right to get the TC. Send a written request to the school. If they don’t respond within 7 days, you can complain to the District Education Officer or the concerned education board. You can also send a legal notice if needed.please provide rating if you are satisfied

Q: My friend gave me the usdt in cash which I have to sell.

One of my friend bring the person who deals in usdt and forex and he asked me to sell his usdt in return he will give me some extra money. I'm a student and fall for his money. He asked me to bring client but deal was completed by one mediator which is my friend. One day I met one person on telegram and he cheated on us, he meet my friend and asked to transfer usdt, we transferred to him but he ran away just after giving usdt. He didn't gave us money.Now the they both are asking money from me.

Your case appears to involve cheating and criminal breach of trust under IPC Sections 420, 406 & 34. Since you did not gain from the transaction and were also misled, you are not primarily liable. You should file a police complaint with all supporting digital evidence like chats, transaction IDs, etc., and avoid such dealings in future. Q: Regarding character certificate

Is school or college character certificate equivalent to character certificate issued by gazetted officer in case you don't have school character certificate then can u use gazetted officer character certificate?
