Sir, I’m the petitioner cheque bounce case 21/4/24 from onwards goin…

Examination also over but 2nd party layer asked ITR I,so I submitted, but making is delay. My Layer irregular in this case ,so I want be change plz let me know sir

If the examination is already concluded, the matter should not be allowed to remain pending merely because the opposite party has sought your ITR. Since you have already furnished the required ITR, you can seek early hearing and conclusion of the proceedings. If your present advocate is genuinely not attending the matter or is causing avoidable delay, you may change your advocate by filing the appropriate change of vakalatnama/appearance, subject to the court’s procedure. Ensure that the new counsel first verifies the complete case record and pending applications before taking over.

If the borrower has given any reply notice to the legal notice issued regarding the cheque bounce, the same may be produced. If no reply notice was given, it is not necessary to produce one. Similarly, an ITR is not required for this purpose.
