Service Procedure of NBW when address of accused is not available
09-Dec-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Hand-summons served PERSONALLY by petitioner ( along with a police man in Delhi, as property situated there, but NO service report handed over by Delhi Police ). If, NBW is issued, who & how it is served to accused.
it is police duty to file the report of serving the hand summons
if they have not filed
then ask your lawyer to question it before the strategist and demand the police report in court
NBW it is duty of the police to arrest and produce them before court.

If NBW issued for more then two times if not get any reply then immediatly a information transfer to SP then he can served himself.if after SP also unable to sereve then you can take a paper citation help. After paper citation within 30 days if not get any reply then he will expertie and case will taken without him only.if you need clear info regarding this may take consult.
