Q: Can a property situated in a state get its gift deed register in other

Sir/Madam, I stay in Bengaluru with my mother and my mother has her site(property) in tumkur district, she is willing to gift deed the property to me can we register the gift deed in Bengaluru ? or do we need to go to the same taluk for registering .

Sir you have to visit where property situated.so go to tumkur and do registered gift deed at subregisterd office tumkur . If non registered gift deed you can simply make in 500 rs affidavit and make it notarize with 5 panchas witness .



Q: How to convince my husband for mutual divorce

i am a married woman and my husband is not with me past 6 years. I have one son and he is not taking care of me n my son and no financial assistance from him. Now I would like to marry to look for my son's future and myself too. please advice.

Q: Service Procedure of NBW when address of accused is not available

Hand-summons served PERSONALLY by petitioner ( along with a police man in Delhi, as property situated there, but NO service report handed over by Delhi Police ). If, NBW is issued, who & how it is served to accused.

If NBW issued for more then two times if not get any reply then immediatly a information transfer to SP then he can served himself.if after SP also unable to sereve then you can take a paper citation help. After paper citation within 30 days if not get any reply then he will expertie and case will taken without him only.if you need clear info regarding this may take consult.



Q: Transfer of property from grandfather to grandson

Is there a way to transfer property of grandfather (deceased) directly to grandson without transferring it to Fathers name (Still Alive) with his consent/permission. If yes, what is the way to get this done.
