30-Jun-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Hi, I need to know the process for sending the notice to drawer in case of cheque bounce. Is there any format of the notice? Do I need a lawyer to send the notice or can I send it on my own? What is the deadline to send the notice? The charges for cheque bounce will be paid by the drawer? Please help Thank you

respected sir in cheque bouncing case you have to send legal notice to within 30 days of getting memo from your bank about informing cheque bouncing.
You can send notice to drawer yourself, but cheque bouncing is highly technical matter therefore it is better to send notice through lawyer
