Seller deny befor agreement signing so payment stop but Cheque misused

This is a case of Property dealing, where propery seller demand from me for 1 lac cash and 3 lac cheque at time of the property bayana. for the same i purchased 100 rs stamp paper atteched both parties id proof bayana agreeement prepared by steno where cheque no also mentioned. next day we were in tehsil to noterized the same, i gave him rs. 3lac cheque & 1lac cash , case got disputed over agreement pepers tear/thron in dustbin as seller said prepare new agreement next day with all payment demanding in cash, Next day he deny to sell property and promised to return back cheque, for safer side i had not deposited amount in bank and also requestin bank for stop payent. not after 15 day he deposited the cheque, bounced and not send me a notice said the i borrowed 3 lac in 2 part from him in last 2 yrs, now cheque paid in settlement & bounced, what i have 100 rs stamp paper in my name record Agreement copy in mobile photo before agreement sign. bank stop payment of misplaced.

Hi, since the agreement got cancelled and the sale agreement was not executed ,therefore it cannot be termed as a valid sale consideration..It is advisable reply to the notice issued by the seller and contest the case in court

Ok sir no need to worry you can show me the complete papers and then we can discuss it . You can come to my chamber in Gurgaon court any time. We can also lodge fir against him. But we have to take action immediately.
