रेप के केस में कितनी देरी से रिपोर्ट (FIR) करने पर मान्य है ?nलड़की ने 4 वर्ष पहले मेरे साथ रेप हुआ है करके अभी रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई है और जान से मारने का धमकी दिया था देरी से रिपोर्ट का यही कारण बस बताई है ।

Q: Annulment of marriage/ Contested Divorce

I am being forced to get married to the girl whom I don't even know by my as well as the girl's parents. I am already with someone from 3 years. I am not even settled in my career. I am just 22 and the girl with whom the marriage is about to take place is just 19 which is not legal for getting married. This is the issue of Casteism where both the families want to maintain respect in the society by getting us married. Both the families have turned monsters. They are ready to kill me if I don't marry her. I am being threatened of suicide by my parents and the girl's side has already put gun on my head that if I don't get married I am gone. I feel helpless and stuck. nIs it possible if I get married now and later after few years file for annulment on the grounds of coercion etc. What will be my chances of winning the case after few years? nWhat are the possible ways available to step out of it in future? I will not be able to keep the girl happy and want to marry the love of my life.

Q: 66000 rs cheque bounce by company

Hi I joined a company and they asked for 3 blank cheques with signature they asked for contract for 18 months I gave them cheque after 10 months due to medical reason I had kidney stone and due to bad working culture I had to leave the company and they sent me abscond email .... after 4 months they bounced my cheque of 66000 rs of one cheque and I got text message from bank so I stopped the payment of other two cheques. Can anyone let me know what can I do in this case...

Manufacturing defect has been detected within 3 days of purchase. Dealer is not refunding the amount. Manufacturing defect has been confirmed by the company itself. Please help.

If manufacturing defect has been detected and company has confirmed that defect then you can approach consumer court and file case against both the dealer and the company . They have to change the bike along with compensation.

Q: Seller deny befor agreement signing so payment stop but Cheque misused

This is a case of Property dealing, where propery seller demand from me for 1 lac cash and 3 lac cheque at time of the property bayana. for the same i purchased 100 rs stamp paper atteched both parties id proof bayana agreeement prepared by steno where cheque no also mentioned. next day we were in tehsil to noterized the same, i gave him rs. 3lac cheque & 1lac cash , case got disputed over agreement pepers tear/thron in dustbin as seller said prepare new agreement next day with all payment demanding in cash, Next day he deny to sell property and promised to return back cheque,for safer side i had not deposited amount in bank and also requestin bank for stop payent. not after 15 day he deposited the cheque, bounced and not send me a notice said the i borrowed 3 lac in 2 part from him in last 2 yrs, now cheque paid in settlement & bounced, what i have100 rs stamp paper in my name recordAgreement copy in mobile photo before agreement sign.bank stop payment of misplaced.
