Security cheque presented by bank against loan default

Bank presented a undated security cheque after very long time and cheques were stopped long back,what to do now,bank put current date and presented acct is also dormant for couple of years,does it still be a cheque bouncing case amt bounced is more then what is due to bank as on date

You should immediately approach the police station according to your jurisdiction and register a complaint regarding the same. And if they do any kind of case then you will receive proper summons from the concerned court.

I have read your query regarding your case you should firstly raise a complaint in the nearby police station and you should also go to the bank to connect with them what they do to do when u will free call me back

If amount on cheque is more than the actual due amoun then the cheque is no way maintainable and your are going to win the case for sure. There several judgments of Supreme court upon this point supporting your case

when did you hand over the cheque to the bank ? when did you stop the cheque for payment? since what time the account is dormant? have received any notice from the bank towards the bounce cheque? all the questions are relevant for deciding your question
