Sec 138 Security Cheque Misused

dera sir in my case company used my blank cheque. they put 21.08.2021 date on cheque for rs.600000 and shown in statement on 29.08.2021 .but on 29,when cheque added in statement my due was shown by company is 540000 . Statement clearly showing 60000 credit balance in company account when they got to know this they made a adjustment entry of 60000 on 31.08.2012 and present cheque in bank for rs.6 lakhs which is returned on 1sep with remark uncleared. my question is that whether this is valid to make entry after cheque taken in company books of accounts maintained by them note.. the same statement company submit in court pls guide

please try and explain what is your exact query.
how did the company misuse your cheque?
was the cheque given by you as collateral or in exchange for something.

hello client as i can see your issue is seems to be very much dishonesty matter which is been shown in your case 1 we need to move immidiatelly yo tge legal remady to be taken uo agaist all the accuswd so tht thibgs can holded in oir hand

even though cheque amount was for more than what was due, it is perfectly fine if the company deposits cheque of higher amount and later on issues a credit note for balance amount.
in court account statements of both parties will be tallied and both will have to prove outstanding amount.
the court will award whatever amount is pending plus any other amount such as interest, damages, etc. in its rightful wisdom.
