Robkar- RC is under court custody submitted during a bail process

My bike RC is in court custody at Rohini Court since October 2015. I had given my RC during the bail procedure for my friend. The case is still pending and I want to sell my bike. Please suggest, how can I get my RC back
Query perused. I would advise you to file an application for withdrawal of the surety. Once permission from Court is granted the court will order for release of documents submitted in the court. You have to file an application in court for cancellation of surety bond given in the case. You can withdraw surety at any time. Do inform your friend that you are withdrawing surety as his bail will be cancelled and he will need to apply for bail again.
