Returned money but cheque not given now case filed what to do

Query: मेरे पिताजी ने कुछ रकम उधार ली थी जो कि उन्होने अपने रिटायरमेंट की ग्रेच्युटि की रकम से वापिस चुका दी थी., जब रकम ली गई तो एक स्टाम्प पेपर लिखकर दिया था तथा एक ब्लेंक चैक, जो कि मेरे व पिताजी के संयुक्त खाते का था. रकम जब चुकाई गई थी तो स्ंटाम्प तो ले लिया लेकिन चैक वापिस नहीं किया गया था, अब दि. 22-09-16 को वो चैक बैंक में 250000/- रूपये की राशि भरकर लगाया गया जो कि ' अप्रयाप्त राशि' के कारण बैंक द्वारा वापिस पार्टी के पास है...मैे नोकरीपेशा हूं यही जानकर ही चैक लगाया गया है...करिपा कर मार्गदर्शन करें!
As per ur statements ur father return llone amount so no liability arise on u ,u demand ur cheques from opposite party ,if not return u cheque then get bail when complaints file by the opp party and face trial and proof fact before the court ,u will get justice for further details at the time of VI's a VI's
