Repayment of amount in Cheque Bounce

In a cheque bounce case if the drawee pays the entire amount during the due course of the case then can the payee still execute/prosecute the drawee for the crime....

once cheque Bounce cases settled in Kota will close the case and in your friends will be in that code will not person order Monster amount will if you paid to Auckland then case will automatically close

Dear Sir,
You must maintain a record and receipt to show that entire amount is paid and get back the original cheque. If original cheque is left with that person there are chances of misusing the cheques and dragging you to the Court and thus you have to make rounds to the Court. As a defense you can get issue a legal notice saying that you have paid entire cheque amount and ask him to return the cheque immediately failing which you may lodge a formal police complaint.
