Remedy for non-matching signature by bank for cheque bounce

1) The when saw the signature in the papers handed by through court… The Specimen signature in the papers doesn’t match my Specimen signature. 2) Bank has issued a Return Memo “Insufficient funds ” to complainant with out verifying the original specimen . 3) There is no reflection of cheque numbers in my account. 4) It was shown in the online that “Cheques” were not used . 5) And was not drawn from my account, casually just given to him where his a/c is also not involved 6) The cheques where un-crossed that means it is for immediate credit mode 7) He specified in the court that I have borrowed from him 2, 37,000/-

If you deny signature on the cheque then you have to take ple in that way and you have to contest the case accordingly and file a relevant document to substantiate you case.

See if the cheque is doesn't cross it does not mean it is for immediate credit mode.
