If you have issued blank cheque. That means he himself or through other person has filed it. Plus the purpose etc have to be seen and other documents in this case. Your case might be a strong case.
Legally you have to send reply of notice and explain the facts. Remember this reply may be used as admission against you so you need to be very careful while drafting it.

Aako legal notice ka jawab bhejna chahiye. Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act ke anusar payee (jiske naam cheque issue kiya hai) ya 'Holder in Due Course', jaisa ke aapke case me hua hai, case file kar sakta hai. Lekin us hoder (third party in layment language) ko ye saabit karna hoga ki aapki legal dendari thi, jiski evaj me aapne cheque issue kiya tha, jo ki aap ke case me nahi hai.....aapka case strong hai. Sabhi kagaz dekhne ke baad achhi salah di ja sakti hai.

Aapko us notice ka apne vakil ke zariye jawab bhejna chaihiye.

You can contact me . Pehle tumhe us notice ka reply dena hoga. Uske baad bi court proceedings hoti h toh vha case chle ga. Court ne prove ho jaye ga.
First thing you have to do is get services of a lawyer and reply for that notice.

From the above mentioned facts i have understood that you have received a legal notice for your cheque bounce. If that is the case we can file reply of legal notice and after reply if they choose to make complaint in the courts we can fight case on the basis that the cheque was given for security only and there is no legally recoverable money against u.
