Regarding check bounce given to me by my Tenant
24-Dec-2024 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I rented my shop for rs 5000/month.My Tenant has not given me rent of 4 months and vacant my shop and ran away when ever I called him he ask for more time,he has given me check two times but both the time it bounce.please suggest me what to do.
You can file cheque bounce case in nearby court . Cheque bounce case is a criminal case , police can arrest him . In the cheque bounce case complainant have so many rights because cheque bounce case is in favour of cheque holder
