Recovery of money againt the person left somewhere with no info

an amount worth 50lakh+ product was given in debt to some person, person is denying to give the amount, so check was made return from the person name as insufficient funds. Now the person is left somewhere with no info. What can be done in this case whether we file case on return check(not sure on samnksh) but what to do in this situation.
If you know his business address, because it's illogical to not exchange addresses before supplying goods worth half a crore, then a Legal Notice maybe sent to the address. Then diffrent legal remedies awaits, as the case maybe. Legal process must be started without any delay. Because in cheque bounce case, time is the essence.
