We have court verdict of on our side to recover amount from accuse. What is the procedure to recover amount?
first of all you need to ascertain whether the accused has filed an appeal before the higher court. in case he hasn't, you need to approch the magistrate and issue an arrest warrant in order to find rhe whereabouts and have the accused in custody. once there, he will pay up or you can file various applications for recovery of the said amount of attachment and sale of his property.
