Property issue latter on cheque bounced

after failing to register the property . issued 5 post dated cheques of Rs. 2,50,000/- each for five month for refund . But first cheque itself has bounced three time because of insufficient fund. what will be my next course of action to get my money back ?

every cheque having a limitation of 3 months, in that period you can represent the cheque as many times, meantime if you decide to file the case you have to issue the legal notice within 30 days from the date of the return memo and need to file a case as per the law directly before the court, no need to approach the police in cheque disputes and to avoid legal mistake discuss in-depth with any criminal advocate

you can file cheque bounce case or else you can go for special performance for registration of site or get back the the balance amount from the other side or else you can file criminal case against them and for the refund of the amount in civil court
