Process fee and procedure for summons through Police
03-Feb-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
In 125 CrPC maintenance execution proceedings, the respondent who is staying in another state is evading summons sent through Registered post.
I heard that the court can send through the Police department. Is it true? If yes,
May I know how much will be the court fee for it and with whom I have to be in continuous touch for follow up, my local police station or police station located in respondent area.
Please guide me.

you should ask the court to appoint advocate commissioner who will then as officer of court take help of neighbouring state police station and serve summons on the other side.
alternative could be to take court permission for substituted service and issue paper advertisement.
