Procedure in case of unsigned and undated cheque,also if bounced?

My relative have issued me blank cheque with signed without amount and date. Can I enter the amount and date and submit it to bank. Whether it will be right if I will enter the amount and date? What action I will need to take if the cheque get bounced?

Definitely there is a solution for cheque Bounce matter
There is remedy for cheque liability
first of all tell me that cheque issued by your relatives against which liability.
Is there any commercial transaction with your relatives or there is hand loan or you had done a financial help to your relatives.

If they are given the cheque in discharge of legal liability, you can enter the amount and name and put the date and deposit it within 3 months from date.

However if it got dishonoured you have give demand notice for the cheque amount within 15 days.

Thereafter if there is no reply you have to file the complaint u/s 138 of n.i. act and pray for relief .
