Procedure in case notice was returned, due to unavailability of party

03-Oct-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I had taken postdated cheques from my tenant. The cheque has bounced and he is not paying rent even after multiple reminders. I had sent him a registered notice with acknowledgement for cheque bounce to his permanent address which was provided in the lease agreement. But registered notice got returned with statement that addressee was not available. What should be my next step?

you should again issue the notice on the same address of him where he resides as a tenent i.e. your house and then see what happen. because in cheque bounce cases service to the accused is most important ..
