Procedure for service of NBW in criminal matter.
09-Dec-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Hand-summons served PERSONALLY by petitioner ( along with a police man in Delhi, as property situated there, but NO service report handed over by Delhi Police ). If, NBW is issued, who & how it is served to accused.
Service report is to be submitted at court for serving summons . Court will issue the NBW, you just check whether service report is submitted to the court on next date by telling your advocate to attending it.
