Procedure for service of NBW in case of the property matter
09-Dec-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Hand-summons served PERSONALLY by petitioner ( along with a police man in Delhi, as property situated there, but NO service report handed over by Delhi Police ). If, NBW is issued, who & how it is served to accused.
NBW issued then it is duty of jurisdictional police to arrest and produce them in court ,

NBW will be served through the local Jurisdictional police and u can seek a order from the court to reissue or issue NBW with the assistance of the complainant . If The accused is found then the police will arrest him and if not found they will file a statement as accused is not found in the address mentioned or as accused is not in station
