problem related to complent filed for cheque bounce

if someone issue a check and the check bounced so he again issued another check and it also bounced so here the question is that whether a complaint filed by plaintiff exist separately or jointly
Do you mean to ask that whether or not a combined complaint under Section 138 of the N.I. Act is maintainable or not? That depends whether you're combining two plaintiffs or the factum that you're aggrieved by two bounced cheques. Further and better particulars are needed for an effective opinion.

Query perused. See the cheque bounce matter falls under section 138 of the NI Act and complaint can be filed before the concerned magistrate. Assuming there is a legally enforceable debt of 1 lac and you issued a cheque in discharge of your liability but due to some reason it got dishonoured and in lieu of that you again issued a cheque for similar amount and that cheque too got bounced. The holder of the cheque will be entitled to initiate legal action under section 138 against you for the second cheque. For further consultancy and legal services you may contact us.

if the cheque is issued to the same person and /or by the same company .then one can file complaint jointly. but that should be considered that the cheque should be of same value . if further assistance is required then u can contact me through this portal...
