I have received Pre Cognizance Summon u/s 25 Payment & Settlement Act 2007 by Meyropoltan Magistrate Court Kolkata, do I have to appear in person or an advocate can represent me for the hearing. I m jobless and reside in another state which is 1200 kms from Kolkata
