Pay after PLacement ISA Agreement undated cheque of RS 50,000

I had enrolled with coaching institute that gives job pay after placemnet . they didnt gave any job, but they had taken 50k undated cheque at time of admission. What can I do now. What if cheque bounces , will case be filed againse me? I have no money because NO JOB provided. I am trying to earn too hard. What step I can take?
