After so many hearing, arrest warrant has been issued by the court. The accused is in different state. Now the police personnel will go to the other state or how it will be processing further?
As soon as arrest warrant is issued you need to file process application for issue of warrant. Warrant will be prepared by the court and then sent to the concerned police station or you can take it directly to the police station. Then the warrant will be executed by arresting the accused and producing him before the court.
