Notice regarding personal loan

Hi Sir, i had borrowed a loan from axis bank and missed two of my emi's due to some very had financial probelm. Also the ecs cheque bank account was non operational because i had left the job so i dnt have any other option to pay i want to pay the emis but now i have received the notice what should i do.
Dear Sir/ Mam,
There is no need to panic about, you have to give reply of the said notice within the notice period to the concerned bank that you want to pay the emis.
if they had moved in the court of law by filing a case u/s 138 of Negotiable instruments act, you may pay the emis in the court itself.
