Notice for cheque bounce sent to party who aren't at the address

Cheque returned notice sent to party, but they are not on the same address, it was returned. Notice was not served to the party within the 30 days period what to do

Dear,

If the cheque is within the validity period i.e., 3 months, present the same again with your banker for encashment. If the cheque bounces again, find out the correct address of the drawer of the cheque and serve the legal notice within 30 days of bouncing of the cheque.

Sec.142 of NI act clearly states that the notice to the accused be send to correct address yours duty is to found correct address and then even if it is not received or returned it is question of fact to decide in trail
