court issues non bailable warrant in case you fail to appear in the court after summoning, it is legally advisable for you to immediately appear before the concerned court after moving an application for cancellation of NBW(non bailable warrant) ,if it has been issued

Defiantly court will issue summon if you can not appear in court if you ignore all the time you will face lots of obstacles that’s better you appear in court on time on fixed date by court. No need to ignore the dates if you do not want to attend the hearing you can put exemption application

no court will issue a bailable warrant if you ignore a first summon. It's better to appear on the first date. Let's connect and then discuss the matter at length. if once the bailable warrants will issue, then also you won't appear, then non bailable warrants will issue.

Yes the court does send another notice. If the notice is served and you don't appear then the court will issue non bailable warrant. And you have to prepare your defense very well otherwise the court can also send to jail as the offences under Negotiatiable Instrument is very serious.
