No Bank Memo,Forged Cheque Signatures Still Lost The Case

Hi, a cheque bounce case was been filed along with a os case on my father.the signature on cheques were forged and there wasn't any memo as well ,the opponent has won the os civil suit without giving notice as judgement was called ex parte decree .now they have again filed for EP now what to do , our lawyer has corrupted by him. the cheque bounce case is still runnig. Please give us any solution we are completely lost any help would be greatly appreciated

hi you could file petition in high court to stop the E.P proceedings and also file set asde petition in the same court to stay the decree and order as no notice was served upon you before passing the ex parte decree

in civil suits notice is not Mandatory. Then File a quash petition in the High court. Maybe there is a chance to win. if your advocate is not satisfied you can also change your counsel. if there is any attachment in a civil suit. be like property, salary attachments.
