NEFT FORM ALONGWITH YOURSELF CHEQUES - STOP PAYMENT BY PAYER

I have received 9 bank NEFT forms and 9 cheques (both duly signed) from a person. One cheque is cleared and I got amount through NEFT to my bank account. But, when I presented the second NEFT form & cheque, the issuer of cheques gave instructions to his banker and has stopped the payment of all the remaining 8 cheques. I want to register FIR u/s 420 for cheating & dishonesty etc. Please advise me in the matter.
