Need help with cheque bounce case.

Hi I am unable to pay a loan due to total job loss and hardly being able to fulfill my daily needs , Poonawalla fincorp has filled and ecs bounce case , I don't live in Kolkata and hardly have money to travel to Kolkata my ecs due is within 7000₹ , I need a lawyer to help me resolve this . I need help at economical cost .

Hello, Some things are required to be known like whether a Summons/Pre Cognizance notice has been issued against you or whether a warrant is active against you. If a warrant is active, then you have to come before the court and surrender.
