Need help on N.I. act Cheque Bounce Case

Hi sir,
I'm Mr.Venkat my Blank cheque with signature got misused filed N.I. Act cheque bounce case against me of 3,50,000 rupees, How should I defend this case?
as you said already Case under section 138 of NI act has been filed, I think you have received summons than you have left no option except to contest the case or compromise with the complainant to settle the matter amicably.
