Need guidance on repaying car loan

I have a running car loan agst Tata Nano, that has 10installments left and 10 are back-log installments which I have not paid due to no job that time, Now I am back on job and regularized my current EMIs. But for an old PDC of Rs.28000/- the finance company (MAGMA Finance, Kolkata) has filed a case at Kolkata Court. The hearing is on 9th June 2017, for which I am failing to attend bcoz of shortag of travell expenses and also due to my present job responsibilities. As I hv now regularized my EMI and want to pay 2 EMIs every month so that my back-log gets cleared. Do the court see this, can I get emmunity for few months to pay the old EMI amount? Can't this possible to take another date without going to Kolkata from Delhi. IT would be a hectic journey for me. Besides I want to pay the one or 2 EMIs by saving my travel expenses and stay at Kolkara. Kindly suggest.
It's better to approach the local branch of bank from where you took loan and try to settle the dispute with them amicably. The may reschedule the loan amount and you would comfortably replay the loan. It you need lawyer at Kolkata to take the date you may contact me.

it is of no value that the presence of your is needed in the case filed against you if you had regularised the loan amount and started paying the emis you can ask the bank to withdraw the case and also tell them that if you do not go to the court you can be able to pay the extra amount to the bank also you can write a letter to the concerning court but the letter must reach before the date fixed for the hearing then you can state in the letter that the loan is regularised they will guid you for the further steps.
