Need cheque details of cheque bounce case

Dear sir
Myself Raju I taken cash hand loan from my friend 4 lakh for interest of 5% now he filed cheque bounce case against me for not paying interest for 6 months now it's in summons stage from last 3 hearing in same stage and not even Single notice not serve pls suggest me what will happen
notice will be served based on process made by your opposite party , wait till summons get served once summons served you have to appear before court and need to take bail otherwise non bailable warrant will be issued to you.
