NBW issued but process id not generated. What does that mean ?

I'm the complainant and NBW is issued to accused as there is no show from him nor from him advocate from past 3 hearings.
Case status is:
PW1 PRESENT. ACCUSED ABSENT. NO REPRESENTATION FOR ACCUSED. ISSUE NBW TO ACCUSED. IF PF PAID
Every time NBW issued I used to see a process id generated in the app for Warrant of arrest [Sec. 70]. But, this time even after 14 days I don't see any process id generated? What does this mean?How to check NBW issued or not. How to check pf paid or not.
Dear Sir,
You have to check in the office of concerned Court as to whether warrant of arrest was issued or not. It cannot be reflected online. Better to take entire order sheet certified copy. The cheque bounce cases always neglected as such your Advocate must take initiation and you must find out the present address of the Accused otherwise it will be a waste exercise.
