Summons issued to accussed is served. Case called out and accussed in absent. Hence issue NBW to accussed by hand through p.s. PF paid Can anyone explain what is the meaning of issue NBW by hand. I know NBW is Warrent but issue by hand i didn't understand Can i cancel the NBW without taking the bail and get the bail on my 2 or 3 hearing by paying cash surety
HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE FOR THE ORDER TO REACH POLICE. I MEAN HOW MUCH TIME CAN I GET TO TAKE BAIL BEFORE POLICE REACHES ME
Hello in 138 NIA case first of all accused has to take bail and if you're not appearing on court date court may issue NBW AND once NBW has been issued then in that case you have to take steps to recall the NBW by the YOUR physical presence before the court and same time you can take the bill on same day it is not much lengthy process
