Looking for Settlement of Personal Loan NBW issued


01-Jul-2025 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
The loan amount alongwith interest was 162000. Taken in 2016 , Last emi paid on Jun 2018. 23 emi paid amounting to 62k. In case history it shows 3 summons refused but i didn't receive a single summon , maybe because me and my wife are both away from home working. Looking to pay the balance and settle once and for all. Can somebody help ? Case is filed in Karnataka, my permanent address is Kolkata but I live in Sikkim . NBW issued today saw in ecourts app.Searched by party name .
