Lawyer fees for withdrawal of cheque bounce case

Hi,
I loaned someone around 10 lacs and the court has issued summons to him. Now he's willing to settle the matter off-court. I've already paid my lawyer around 95K.
How much might he charge for withdrawal of the case?
Unfortunately I did panicked and did not get full fee structure in the beginning and now they are not revealing the fees in advance.
Kindly let me know what is the general fees for withdrawal of a cheque bounce case.
Dear Sir,
It is a private dealing between you and your Advocate in respect of professional fee. Depending upon individual proficiency in legal profession they will charge the fee. You may recover the said amount from the other side along with the cheque amount because they unnecessarily made you to run to the Courts otherwise just reject such compromise.
