Kurki in personal loan cheque bounce

Hi,
From so many days kotak bank is harrasing me for not paying EMI's of personal loan and the cheque has been bounced due to insufficient balance and the cheque amount is not mentioned by me and its not matching with the EMI amount. now the bank manager is calling me daily and saying we will come with the police and advocate to your home and do kurki. they will throw the things outside from your home if i'll not pay the amount. Pleasee help me
No straightway they can't do. they may file a case of cheque bounces under 13B of NI act or they file a for recovery. after getting it adjucated from arbitration. u may call me to discuss ur issue with brief of ur case in case of need
