Jurisdiction in case order is not in favour in district court

If a order is against in my favour in lower court , can I move which court District court or High Court ?

DEAR SIR
IF YOU ARE ACCUSED IN THE MATTER AND ORDER IS AGAINAT YOU THEN YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FILE APPEAL IN THE COURT OF SESSIONS AT CIVIL COURT AND IF YOU ARE COMPLAINANT THEN YOU MAY FILE ACQUITTAL APPEAL WITH LEAVE BEFORE HIGH COURT

Against an order of conviction for the offence punishable under section 138 of the said Act, an appeal is maintainable before a Sessions Court in view of sub section 3 of section 374 of the said Code.if you not receive any relief from session court then only you may move before High court in revision.

In that case you have to move to high court and contact a senior advocate for making an appeal...
