Joint memo of loan settlement has become void
29-Dec-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I have cheque bounce case and I got bail on NBW and was attending to hearing. Complainant and myself have filed joint memo for settlement which is for Rs. 73,000. Rs. 30,000 have been paid and missed to pay balance Rs. 43,000 settlement amount and missed court hearing also. So now fresh NBW has been issued. If I get some time I can clear balance Rs. 43,000 settlement amount. What needs to be done now
Dear Sir,
You have to appear before the Court through Advocate and get recall NBW and seek some time to clear the balance amount. Otherwise you can request the Police to give some more time and return the NBW unexecuted then it will be reissued thus you will get more time.
