Yes, the court in Bengalore can be issued from the Bengaluru Court to Mysore Police either it may be addressed to the Police commissioner of Mysore or Begaluru. The local police also can go to the Mysore to execute the NBW. The Court of Magistrate has all India jurisd to get its warrants executed.
