my dear friend , whose account attached drawee or payee ?
if cheque return with memo and the reason in the memo is due to court order then it will not .
actually , 138 n I act section very depends on bank memo .

Dear,
If a account is attached by court then how it is destroyed your right, if you have a amount of cheque and you want to cash it within the time limit and same was bounced with any of reason then you can right to file a complaint u/s 138 however when you know about that fact that the same account is attached by court. This fact will be came in your knowledge after deposit the check then its not your fault and 138 is maintainable..
