Dear Sir His intention is not good. Never vacate till he gives you cash or bank draft. There are several similar cheating cases. He will definitely cheat you and his cheque will be bounced. You have to make rounds to the Court for years. You may discuss and get issue legal notice to him from our office.

First receive the Cheque and present it in bank for encashment. After presenting the cheque, you will come to know about the cheque encashment. plz don't vacate the premises until and unless the amount is received. I think he has the plan to vacate premises without giving money to you. You better to give a legal notice to him through an advocate with mentioning of termination of lease agreement and refund the lease amount. plz contact for Further information and legal assistance.
