In the response of your query, I advised that you can entered in compromise with accused, who has been declared PO by court, because the accused applied for Anticepatery Bail, court will surely allow his bail application on the base of bailable offence and compromise.

It is possible.
That would require a few steps to be taken. First both of you should agree on terms and conditions. Better to write them down written agreement. Being P O- he can file anticipatory bail, you will appear before court can record your statement that you have no objection if Bail is granted. ( but decision will depend on the presiding officer. Your statement might help)
Or P o will surrender put up the file same day place on record your compromise and withdraw the case
Case finish

Order of any ld court as p.o. is not gonna go away with withdrawal of case the accused has to take bail and depending upon the circumstances accused will get it without much of a hassle plus your compromise will be in front of court
