Is Bankpassbook Admissible Under 138 Ni Act

I have rented a premises in january 2017 and i have vacant the premises in may 2017 for which i had given a cheque for the rent as a security that i will pay the last month rent, the date on cheque was of 3/6/2017 and i had asked the owner for some time later on i had paid the same amount through rtgs on 10/6/2017. The cheque got dishounered on 20/9/2018 and later on the owner has filed the case... What should be done please advise and is bank passbook admisseble avidence

It appears that the cheque has been misused in your case, and has been used despite you having made the payment through RTGS. Off course, you may introduce your bank pass book as evidence and the same is admissible in Court.
